MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- U.S. Marshals are looking for 28-year-old Jimmy Patterson, Jr.

Patterson is charged with one count of felony murder and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon.  Law enforcement says he fatally shot Jose Rivera on May 5th near 32nd and National.

Law enforcement says Patterson hasn't been seen or heard from since the murder.  They say he knows a lot of people on Milwaukee's southwest side who may be helping him stay hidden.

U.S. Marshals say Patterson goes by the nickname "Dirty."  His criminal history includes assault, drugs, disorderly conduct and domestic abuse.

Patterson is 6'1'' and weighs 250 pounds.  He has a distinctive tattoo of 'The Last Supper' on his neck.  He also has a skull with wings on his hand, among several other tattoos.
