Case closed in death of Michael Philbin

OSHKOSH -- The case is now closed in the death of former Packers' offensive coordinator Joe Philbin's son, Michael.

Michael Philbin's body was recovered from the Fox River on January 9th.

Oshkosh detectives say they found no foul play.

Toxicology reports show that Michael Philbin had a blood alcohol level of .176 and a positive test for marijuana at the time of his death.
