RACINE COUNTY/OAK CREEK (WITI) -- 22-year-old Dametri Horton has been officially charged in connection with a high-speed chase that began Sunday, June 8th in Racine County -- and ended in Oak Creek.
Horton faces four charges. Three of them are felonies.

A criminal complaint against Horton says an individual reported to law enforcement Horton had taken a vehicle from his residence in Kenosha without his consent on Sunday afternoon.
The complaint says a vehicle was stopped by a Racine County Sheriff's deputy.
The complaint says another deputy and a K9 officer were standing by to conduct an open air smell around the vehicle.
The complaint says Horton was asked to exit the vehicle -- but instead, he took off.
The deputies returned to their squad cars, activated their emergency lights and sirens and gave chase.
The pursuit traveled along I-94 northbound in Racine County.
The complaint says the vehicle Horton was driving was traveling in excess of 100 miles-per-hour, cutting in and out of traffic, using no signals and forcing the regular flow of traffic to both activate their brakes and forcing them off the runway.
The complaint against Horton says he was clocked at 114 miles-per-hour when his vehicle exited northbound at Drexel Avenue in Milwaukee County and crashed.
That's when the complaint says Horton took off running.
Horton was eventually located, hiding in a vehicle on Puetz Road.
In Horton's property were three cell phones and a purple glass smoking pipe -- according to the complaint.
