CHARGED: Man tells police he beat man outside bar near Lambeau over offer made to his wife
BROWN COUNTY (WITI) -- Criminal charges have been filed against a Lac du Flambeau man after a Wauwatosa man was found severely injured at a bar near Lambeau Field following last Sunday's Packers vs. Cowboys playoff game.

30-year-old Jose Retana faces one felony count of battery - bodily harm, and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.
A criminal complaint filed against Retana out of Brown County indicates police were dispatched to the Sideline Sports Bar on Lombardi Access Road in the Village of Ashwaubenon on Sunday, January 11th in reference to an assault.
Police were directed to the victim -- who was sitting in a chair, obviously injured. That victim was identified as Michael Gleissner.
Gleissner's face was found to be covered in blood, and he was immediately transported to the hospital.
Police spoke with a witness who said she tried to stop the bleeding and keep Gleissner conscious. She told police Gleissner told her it was "Miles Austin jersey" who did this to him -- saying he looked Hispanic, according to the complaint.
Police then spoke with Gleissner's brother Matthew, who indicated they had been playing pool with two girls and a Hispanic man. Matthew Gleissner told police at some point, he went to the bathroom, and when he returned, Michael Gleissner had been beaten up.
Matthew Gleissner told police he had a photo of the Hispanic man on his phone because they had taken a "selfie" together while they were playing pool.
Police learned Michael Gleissner had suffered a brain bleed, and was having emergency surgery. He was in the hospital's ICU, in critical condition.
Ashwaubenon's Public Safety Department issued a press release on the assault, and shortly thereafter, a man called police and indicated he was the man seen in the "selfie" photo that was released.
The complaint indicates tribal officers picked up Jose Retana in Lac du Flambeau and took him to the Tribal Police Department.
Police met with Retana, and he agreed to issue a statement.
The complaint indicates Retana told police on Sunday, January 11th, he and his wife attended the Packers vs. Cowboys game, heading to the Sideline Sports Bar afterwards, where they played pool with Michael and Matthew Gleissner.
Retana told police he was wearing a "Miles Austin" Dallas jersey.
Retana told police everyone was getting along fine -- but when he and his wife were getting ready to leave, he observed that his wife was quiet, and she told him as they were leaving that Michael and Matthew Gleissner had offered her drugs in exchange for sex, according to the complaint.
The complaint indicates Retana told police when he heard this, he "felt like he had a hole in his stomach," and he started to have "rages of emotion."
Retana told police he went back to the bar and saw Michael Gleissner alone by the pool table -- and Retana told Michael Gleissner that they needed to go outside.
As they walked outside, Retana told police he shoved Michael Gleissner and then started to slap and punch him numerous times before "a big guy" came around the building and tackled Retana -- telling him he needed to leave, according to the complaint.
Retana told police as he was leaving, he saw Michael Gleissner get up off the ground.
Retana has an adjourned initial court appearance scheduled for Friday, January 16th.
