Chick-fil-A restaurant planned for Brookfield Square Mall parking lot

BROOKFIELD -- A new Chick-fil-A restaurant is planned on the outskirts of the Brookfield Square Mall parking lot.

That's according to a rezoning request submitted to the city of Brookfield.

As proposed, Chick-fil-A would demolish the Associated Bank branch and build a restaurant in its space.

Associated Bank plans to close that branch -- but is looking for other locations in the Brookfield area.
