Children's Hospital and former Packers star Ahman Green host Mom's Concussion Clinic

WAUKESHA -- A hard-hitting talk on a stunning statistic. An estimated one in five athletes will sustain a sports concussion each year. Because of that, officials from Children's Hospital and former Packers star Ahman Green, put on a Mom's Concussion Clinic in Waukesha on Saturday, August 15th.

The event was held to educate moms about things they should watch for to make sure their child is safe while taking part in youth sports.

"Making sure they're hydrated, making sure they have the right nutrition, making sure they're in the right condition overall to play their sport especially now being in the hotter months of Wisconsin," said Ahman Green.

The event was also sponsored by Kohl's.
