GREEN BAY (WITI) -- The cold is to blame for a death in the Green Bay area.
Police found the body of 38-year-old Brian Hicks in his driveway on Monday morning, January 21st.
The Brown County Medical Examiner's Office says Hicks died as a result of hypothermia.
Neighbors say Hicks had no coat on and was found barefoot.
