Construction worker hurt when he was struck by a vehicle in Sheboygan

SHEBOYGAN -- Sheboygan police are investigating after a crash in a construction zone that happened Tuesday, November 8th.

Police say officers, assisted by the Wisconsin State Patrol, responded to the crash at Calumet Drive near N. 26th Street.

An investigation revealed a 78-year-old man was headed southbound when his vehicle went through several traffic cones and struck a 46-year-old construction worker for KS Energy.

The construction worker was transported to a hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

The investigation is ongoing.
