Critical missing Milwaukee man found safe

MILWAUKEE - UPDATE: Milwaukee police say 44-year-old Robert Carter has been found safe.

The Milwaukee Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a critically missing 44-year-old Milwaukee man.
Police said Robert Carter was last seen in the afternoon on Monday, Jan. 6, near 12th and Kilbourn. He should be on foot.

Carter, a Black male, is described as being 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighing around 180 pounds. He has brown eyes, black hair and a short dark beard.
Police said he was last seen wearing an orange winter jacket over a blue shirt, gray sweatpants, and black shoes with white stripes.
