Cudahy police search for suspect who tried to rob restaurant
CUDAHY -- Cudahy police are asking for your help in their search for a man who attempted to rob Fili's Restaurant on Packard Ave. back on Friday, April 20th.
The suspect apparently walked into the restaurant just before 9 p.m. and displayed a handgun. He demanded money from the cash register. But the employee at the register said she could not open it. The gunman then left the restaurant without any cash.
The suspect is described as a white male, 6’ tall, weighing about 200 lbs, with distinctive blue eyes, light colored hair, eyebrows and a goatee. He was wearing a light green winter jacket with a gray hooded jacket underneath it, with dark-colored sweatpants.
