Developing: Brown Deer police need your help to track down Earnest Hardy
BROWN DEER -- Brown Deer police are asking for your help in tracking down 59-year-old Earnest Hardy of Milwaukee.
Officials say at 2 a.m. on Wednesday, December 16th, officers responded to a condominium unit on N. Park Plaza for a neighbor trouble call. The officers found shots had been fired from the residence and entered two neighboring condominium units.
The investigation revealed a domestic violence incident occurred between two individuals and shots were fired by Hardy. No one was injured and Hardy fled prior to officers’ arrival.
Hardy is likely armed with a handgun. Officials urge using caution if coming into contact with him. A temporary felony warrant has been issued for Hardy's arrest.
The incident remains under investigation and charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office. In the meantime, anyone with information is asked to call the Brown Deer Police Department, 414-371-2900.
