Developing: Semi rolls over into ditch along southbound I-43

MILWAUKEE COUNTY -- A semi rolled over into a ditch along the southbound lanes of I-43 near Brown Deer Rd. on Thursday afternoon, June 11th.

The crash was called into the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office shortly after 3 p.m. Officials say the semi was carrying thousands of pounds of metal. No injuries have been reported.

Officials anticipate waiting until the evening rush has ended before trying to get the semi out of the ditch. All lanes of southbound I-43 remain open.
