DEVELOPING: Shots fired at Racine's Transit Center; one person injured

RACINE (WITI) -- Shots were fired, and one person was injured at Racine's Transit Center Wednesday, January 21st -- a FOX6 News crew on scene reports.

The Corinne Reid Owens Transit Center is located on State Street in Racine. Racine police responded to the scene around noon, and located one victim.

The Major Crimes Unit was activated for this active investigation, police say.
