DHS: 567 new positive cases of COVID-19 in WI, no new deaths
MADISON, Wis. - The number of positive cases of COVID-19 in Wisconsin rose by 567 Monday, Sept. 7, officials with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services reported, for a total of 81,760.
There have been 1,168 deaths in the state, with no new deaths reported Monday by DHS officials.
Of the positive cases, 6,089 have required hospitalization (7.4%), while 72,478 have recovered (88.7%), making for 8,096 active cases (9.9%).
More than 1.2 million have tested negative. More than 1.3 million have been tested.
