Dodge County Sheriff's Office: 18-year-old man seriously injured in crash on County Highway A

TOWN OF FOX LAKE -- An 18-year-old man was seriously injured in a crash that occurred on County Highway A near Blackhawk Trail in the Town of Fox Lake early Sunday morning, June 28th.

It happened around 1:15 a.m.

Dodge County Sheriff's officials say a preliminary investigation has revealed a vehicle operated by William Walker from Markesan was headed southbound on County Highway A, and failed to negotiate a curve.

The vehicle continued south through a channel in Fox Lake before striking a power pole and rolling over.

Walker was taken to the hospital with serious injuries -- but it is believed he will survive.

The Dodge County Sheriff's Office and its Crash Investigation Team is investigating this crash.
