Dogs bite woman, search is on for animals' owner

SHEBOYGAN (WITI) -- The Sheboygan Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying the owner of two dogs, one of which was involved in a dog bite on Thursday, June 5th.

The dogs are described as brown Boxer-type dogs that were being walked by an adult woman around 50 years old and a male juvenile approximately 15 years old.

The incident occurred near N 22nd St and Superior Ave around 7:43 p.m. on Thursday. The woman and male that were walking the dogs were east bound on Superior Ave when one of the dogs bit the victim on the left arm as the dogs walked by her. The woman walking the dogs, stopped to check the welfare of the victim, who did not initially realize the bite had broken the skin.

The woman and juvenile were last observed walking north bound on N 18th St. from Superior Ave.

Police are asking the owner of the dogs or anyone with information about them to contact the police immediately.
