KENOSHA COUNTY -- Kenosha County Sheriff David Beth is upping the ante in the search for Andrew Obregon, a "person of interest" in a Kenosha County homicide. Monday, October 5th was the fourth day of the manhunt for Obregon.

Sheriff Beth on Monday re-allocated several deputies, placed extra uniformed patrols in high visibility positions around the schools in Bristol, Paris and Brighton Townships, and increased the number of investigative personnel actively following the search for Obregon.
This, after a weekend crime spree was linked to Obregon.
Investigators say Obregon is a "person of interest" in the death of 37-year-old Tywon Anderson. Anderson was reported missing on September 19th. His body was found in a cornfield off Highway A on September 26th.
Anderson's cousin tells FOX6 News the family wants Obregon in custody so they can bury their loved one.
"Due to the investigation, they haven`t been able to release the body or tell us anything that happened to him, the cause of death," Tammy Anderson said.

Tywon Anderson was a father of six. How he died remains a mystery.
Tammy Anderson says she wants to know what happened to her cousin -- and the Kenosha County Sheriff's Department believes Andrew Obregon m may have some answers.
"I'm hoping they find him -- because he is still out there," Anderson said. "Eventually he is going to run out of hiding places."
Anderson claims Obregon and Tywon Anderson were long-time acquaintances, and although officials say Obregon has a drug problem, Anderson says she's not aware of any sort of drug connection between Obregon and Tywon Anderson.

Anderson says she suspects Obregon knows something in this case.
"Guilty. He has been on the run for so long, eventually justice is going to come," Anderson said.
Investigators with the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department say two crimes which happened overnight from Saturday, October 3rd into Sunday, October 4th are the latest crimes linked to 32-year-old Obregon.

Officials say Kenosha County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a “smash and grab” type burglary at the Country Side Market gas station and convenience store located at County Highway C and US 45 in Kenosha County.
A short time later, an armed robbery took place at the Speedway gas station and convenience store along State Highway 50 and Interstate 94.
Kenosha County Sheriff’s deputies became involved in a vehicle pursuit with Obregon as he fled the area of the second scene. He was operating a stolen gold-colored Ford SUV. This vehicle eventually crashed.
A short time later, an area resident reported that a new white colored Ford Transit cargo van had been stolen from a property near the area where the SUV crashed. This van had permanent (unknown) Illinois plates attached and large (4’ x 2’) green-colored lettering down the side reading “Sports Interiors.”
Obregon is now believed to be in possession of this full-sized, cargo-style van:
