MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal crash that happened Thursday night, April 14 near Green Bay Avenue and Stark Street. It happened around 11 p.m.
Cruz Javier Guzman, 26, of Milwaukee was driving northbound when he lost control and hit a tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

There were no other occupants or victims.
Witnesses told first responders the victim was swerving between cars at a high rate of speed when he lost control, hit a curb, and skidded over 200 feet before hitting a tree in the median of Green Bay Avenue.
