Five big Powerball lottery prizes won in Wisconsin

MADISON -- Wisconsin had five big winners in the Wednesday, August 15 Powerball drawing, while a ticket sold in Michigan laid claim to the game's $337 million jackpot. 

A $40,000 winning ticket -- a Power Play ticket -- was sold in Mauston at Kwik Trip, 611 Hwy. 82 East.

The four $10,000 winning tickets were sold in/by: 

    Wednesday's winning Powerball numbers were 06, 27, 46, 51 and 56.  The Powerball was 21. 

    Ticket holders at all prize levels have 180 days from the drawing to claim their prizes by mail, or at the Lottery’s Madison or Milwaukee offices. 

    The Powerball jackpot for Saturday, August 18 is an estimated $40 million ($26.7 million cash).
