FOUND SAFE: Police located 13-year-old Kayla Butler who had been reported missing

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee police say 13-year-old Kayla Butler, who was reported missing, has been found safe.

Officials say she was located in the neighborhood near 24th and Hadley just before 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28th.
