Four Brown Deer Middle School students could face charges over alleged "sex party"
BROWN DEER (WITI) -- Police are investigating an incident involving four Brown Deer Middle School students and an alleged "sex party" that occurred at a home over the winter holiday break.
We're told several middle school students were questioned, and four students could face charges via Milwaukee County's juvenile justice system.
The incident apparently came to light when a student told a staff member at Brown Deer Middle School about the "sex party." The alleged party did not occur on school grounds.
We're told incidents occurring at the party may have been recorded by students using their smartphones.
Charges have been referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office. Those charges include first and second-degree sexual assault of a child.
