Franklin Ferch's closing, Greendale location expanding

FRANKLIN/GREENDALE (WITI) -- Changes are coming for Ferch's Malt Shoppe & Grille.

The Franklin location is closing, and the Greendale location is expanding.

The expansion will add 1,200 square feet, and there will be more seating and a party room.

The renovations should be done in the next couple of weeks.

The owners closed the Franklin store after the lease ran out.
