Greendale H.S. went under "hold procedure" for security reasons
GREENDALE -- Greendale High School was temporarily went under a "hold procedure" early Wednesday, December 19th. This, after an unknown individual was alleged to be on school grounds.
An announcement went out to students and staff around 12:15 p.m. School officials say security measures were immediately implemented. Students remains in the rooms and classroom activities went on as planned.
Greendale police, who were already onsite, and school officials did a search of the building and grounds. The building was deemed safe and around 1:15 p.m., normal classes resumed.
School officials say the winter concert scheduled for 7 p.m. on Wednesday, December 19th will go on as planned.
