Greenfield police pursue vehicle after theft of bags from people playing soccer at Zablocki Park

GREENFIELD -- Greenfield police on Wednesday, August 31st were involved in the pursuit of a vehicle following the theft of bags from people who were playing soccer at Zablocki Park.

The pursuit happened around 5:00 p.m., when officers saw the suspect vehicle leaving the park. Police pursued the van for a bit, but due to heavy traffic, the pursuit was terminated on Layton Boulevard.

No one was hurt.

The investigation is ongoing.
