Hadley to stand trial in shooting death of Stevie Jenkins
MILWAUKEE -- 26-year-old Todd Hadley will stand trial in the shooting death of Stevie Jenkins.
A lawyer asked for an arraignment during a hearing on Wednesday, December 26th.
Jenkins was shot and killed on Sherman Blvd. in Milwaukee just north Villard late on Friday, November 9th. Markeise Woodson was also wounded by the gunfire but survived his injuries.
Police say a party was going on in the basement of a building near where the shooting took place. An argument broke out outside of the event. That led to the gunfire. Depending on the witness statements, it appears anywhere from four to six shots were fired.
If convicted, Hadley faces up to 60 years in prison.
