Hales Corners pursuit into Wauwatosa, driver arrested

WAUWATOSA, Wis. - A Hales Corners police chase ended in Wauwatosa late Saturday, Aug. 19. The driver was arrested.
Police said officers first tried to stop the driver for an equipment issue around 9:10 p.m. and suspected the driver may have been impaired.

The driver refused to pull over, police said, and a pursuit stretched into Wauwatosa. There, police used a tire deflation device, and the chase ended near Watertown Plank Road and Mayfair Road.
After running off, the driver was soon arrested.
