MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Have you seen the signs for Interstate 41?

The Wisconsin DOT says they're not a mistake!

The signs are going up and are then being covered up until the federal government gives the okay for Highway 41 to be designated as an interstate.

It's almost a done deal -- it just needs approval from the U.S. Senate.
