Head-on collision near Hollyhock Lane, North Ave. in Brookfield

BROOKFIELD -- Officials say two people were badly injured after a head-on collision involving two vehicles that occurred just after 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 29th.

The crash occurred near Hollyhock Lane and North Ave. in Brookfield.

Brookfield police say a vehicle driving westbound on North Ave. crossed the center line and collided head on with another vehicle.

Flight for Life took a 30-year-old man to Froedtert Hospital. The other driver - a 69-year-old female was also taken to the hospital.

Police describe two victims' injuries as life-threatening.

The extent of any injuries and the cause of the crash is not known at this time.
