I-94 eastbound temporarily closed; road rage leads to shots fired
Traffic was temporally diverted off I-94 at 35th St.
MILWAUKEE - I-94 eastbound at 35th Street in Milwaukee was closed down and traffic was diverted off the freeway on Monday, Jan. 8, due to a shots fired incident.
The closure started just after noon. The freeway was back open by 1 p.m.
According to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office, a person's work vehicle was struck by gunfire following an apparent road rage incident. No one was injured.
