MILWAUKEE -- Business owners in Milwaukee's Sherman Park neighborhood are looking for peace. They hope the city is restored to order before it gets worse.
Abu Zobra is the owner of Three Brothers Grocery and Tobacco Store. His store on Burleigh St. is steps away from the gas station that was set on fire Saturday night.

"It got me a little worried," Zobra said.
Zobra has been so worried, he closed his doors early Sunday night as the crowds across the street began to swell.
"I left at 8:30 p.m., so it was just starting," Zobra said.
Zobra returned Monday morning to broken windows and shattered glass. Many of his businesses windows are now boarded up.

"I mean it's something that doesn't make me happy, but I don't know. I'm happy that it just didn't get any worse than what it is," Zobra said.
Zobra says he can thank his loyal customers for stepping in to save his store.
"They were talking about it every time they come in here. Like yeah, we told them to stop, this is our neighborhood, stop. It felt really good," Zobra said.

The store has several surveillance cameras. However, the store owner says there is a glitch in the system. They are working to recover all the footage so they can share it with police.
Zobra says he has no plan to leave the neighborhood because he has many loyal customers. It is something he would consider if the unrest does not stop.
