ORLANDO -- Struck by the mood of solidarity in Orlando, and on Flag Day, what better symbol of hope than a flag.
Leave it to a teacher from Wisconsin, to help create a day to dedicate our flag.
In Orlando, it's not the symbol they were thinking about in Waubeka, but next to the colors of the red, white and blue is the rest of the color pallet.
It's a flag that has different meaning to different people.
"It's just amazing when you walk down the street to get a sense of love and unity, it just makes it all come together," said Ivan Isolica
Ivan Isolica it is support and love. The rainbow flag, drawn up by a San Francisco artist in the 70s, it's been a symbol of the LGBT community ever since.

The owner of Hamburger Mary's was denied putting up his gay-themed bar at several locations, before landing on a downtown block eight years ago. His establishment is now surrounded by the colors of the rainbow -- a fitting symbol of support and love.
"It's a ray of light, it represents love to me, it really does," said Paonesso.
While we know this day was not meant for any other flag than the one of our nation, it's hard not to send our respect to another one for helping a city heal.
Hamburger Mary's has become a place of healing for the LGBT community in Orlando. The bar keeping their regular schedule of events, to give a way for people to feel normal.
