Jury has the case for Korry Ardell, accused of stalking a Milwaukee Public Schools teacher

MILWAUKEE COUNTY -- The jury has the case involving a 35-year-old Elkhart Lake man, accused of stalking a Milwaukee Public Schools teacher.

Korry Ardell

Korry Ardell faces three charges in this case, filed in August 2014:

Ardell is accused of stalking an MPS teacher that he dated for three months back in 2007 -- sometimes even following her to work.

Since 2008, she's gotten two restraining orders against him.

Over the years, the teacher says Ardell showed up at her house, has sent her threatening text messages, has emailed her bosses and even threatened to kill her.

According to court records, Ardell filed an open records request with Milwaukee Public Schools, asking for his ex-girlfriend's disciplinary history and attendance record.

Ardell owns a construction company in Elkhart Lake.

Ardell said his ex-girlfriend is lying -- and he hasn't done the things for which he is being accused.

"She claims I was sitting in front of her house. I mean meanwhile, I was at work," said Ardell.

When Ardell was arrested, investigators listened to his phone calls in jail. He's accused of asking a friend to delete his emails -- and as a result, he was charged with falsifying information.
