Kathleen Sebelius will discuss ACA in Milwaukee on Friday

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius will be in Milwaukee on Friday, November 15th to discuss the Affordable Care Act.

Sebelius will help people to enroll via Healthcare.gov and will show workers tools that can help with enrollment.

The HealthCare.gov website is the main venue for uninsured people in 36 states to compare and apply for plans.

Since its rollout on October 1st, the site has experienced technical difficulties, and few have been able to successfully enroll.

The administration has encouraged people to apply by phone or in person. The system also offers a paper form to determine eligibility, though these applications must be completed either online or over the phone.

President Obama said Thursday that the administration was not only working to repair the malfunctioning site, but also improve the application process.
