KENOSHA CO. (WITI) -- Kenosha County Sheriff's officials reported 14 cars in the ditch between 10:00 a.m. and 1:40 p.m. on Thursday, February 7th as the snow fell, and southeastern Wisconsin was under a Winter Storm Warning.
Kenosha County Sheriff's officials say they responded to over 30 cars in ditches as of 4:00 p.m. Additionally, Kenosha County saw four personal injury accidents, nine property damage accidents and one rollover crash.

"Most people are taking it slow and careful. Even though they’re plowing and coming by with the salt truck they still have snow on the road," Lenny Fagen said.
The City of Kenosha has declared a snow emergency to go into effect as of 7:00 p.m. -- and Kenosha County had over 40 plows out, but they were having trouble keeping up with the snowfall.
A full snow emergency means that no parking will be allowed on any city street until further notice.
FOX6's Jenna Sachs was stationed in Kenosha on Thursday, and observed the roads snow-covered and slick. She also spoke with some snowmobilers out for the first time this season!
"Right now it’s pretty good for snowmobiling. It’s nice, heavy packing snow so you don’t have to worry about getting stuck in snow drifts," Matt Petersen said.
As night fell, residents got to work snowblowing their driveways and sidewalks -- while others were out to play!
The Haycrafts took advantage of the quiet night to walk their dogs -- one who likes the snow for tunneling.
"They`re excited, they`re having lots of fun in it. They`ve always loved the snow. They have a good time," Deanna Haycraft said.
The Haycrafts had someone of a stressful afternoon -- driving back to Kenosha from Rochester, Minnesota.
"I`m a little stiff from gripping the steering wheel but we made it through," Deanna Haycraft said.
"Made it seven hours from here and we get home and we get stuck in our driveway but our awesome neighbors helped out," Alexis Haycraft said.
Crews hoped to hit every street in Kenosha at least twice before the end of the storm.
