MILWAUKEE -- A federal grand jury returned a two-count indictment charging 31-year-old Donald Vanderbloomen of Lake Geneva with possession of child pornography and receipt of child pornography.
One count alleges in April 2007 that Vanderbloomen received computer images and movies constituting child porn. If convicted of this offense, he could get up to life in prison and up to a $250,000 fine.
A second count alleges Vanderbloomen possessed child porn images and movies. This offense could send him to prison for up to ten years if convicted.
This case was the result of an investigation by the Washington County Sheriff's Department and the FBI in Milwaukee.
