Latest: Man involved in collision between dump truck, pickup truck dies

GERMANTOWN -- A man involved in a collision between a dump truck and pickup truck in Germantown has died.

Police say the dump truck was headed east on Freistadt Rd. Wednesday afternoon, August 19th when it crossed the center line.

The Washington County Medical Examiner's Office says one of the men in this collision died.

One other person was also taken to the hospital after the collision. It's not clear how badly that person was hurt.

The crash remains under investigation.
