Light rain, snow in the forecast for Monday night

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- We could see snow in the state of Wisconsin on Monday, December 2nd. FOX6 Chief Meteorologist Vince Condella says Monday's forecast calls for cloudy skies with light rain and light snow.

Condella says up to a half-inch of accumulation is possible north of Milwaukee, but no accumulation is expected for Milwaukee and Waukesha and south.

Additionally, Condella says the first part of this work week -- we could see precipitation including rain and snow showers.

Rain is possible Tuesday, and rain and snow are possible on Wednesday.

Temperatures this work week should be in the mid to upper 30s and lower 40s.

As of right now, the forecast is showing a cool down for next weekend, with temperatures in the 20s.
