MANITOWOC COUNTY -- A Wisconsin State Trooper arrested 37-year-old Andre L. Hackett early Sunday morning for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, sixth offense.
The Wisconsin State Trooper was transporting a subject who was detained for operating while intoxicated, when he observed another vehicle cross the centerline and almost strike the curb. The Trooper conducted a traffic stop and Hackett was arrested.
Hackett is being held in the Manitowoc County Jail on a probation hold related to the OWI arrest.
