Man seriously injured after shooting during domestic incident in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that happened near Cambridge and North Saturday evening, June 23 -- just outside the UWM Cambridge Commons.

It happened around 6:30 p.m.

According to police, a 32-year-old man suffered a serious gunshot wound and was taken to the hospital.

The shooting was found to be domestic violence related.

Both the victim and suspect were taken into custody.
