Man shot, injured near 27th and Vliet Sunday afternoon

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that occurred on Sunday afternoon, December 1st.

It happened around 2:00 p.m. near 27th and Vliet.

Police say an adult man was shot twice while he was out near the street.

He was taken to Froedtert Hospital.

Officials say the man's injuries don't appear to be life-threatening.

Police are seeking a suspect in this case.
