"I was playing basketball with a couple of people [...]  and we all heard a loud scream," Crockett said. "I thought, 'What was going on? What was happening?' Until I ran over here and seen blood on the ground, and I seen a car staying right there. And I seen people getting emotional and all that."

He said police and paramedics arrived quickly.
