Homicide near 92nd and Custer

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office was called to the scene of a homicide on Milwaukee's north side Saturday.

Police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened near 92nd and Custer around 10:30 Saturady. 

The victim, a 36-year-old man from Milwaukee, sustained fatal injuries. The suspect, a 35-year-old man from Milwaukee, was arrested.

The shooting is the result of an argument.

An autopsy is scheduled for Monday. 

This incident will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office in the upcoming days.
