M&I Bank Christmas display benefits Hunger Task Force

If you've ever wanted to go to the North Pole, you're in luck! The North Pole is coming to downtown Milwaukee, and FOX6 Laura Langemo got an inside look at the beautiful display that is helping a good cause.

The annual Christmas display at M&I bank is a tradition for many families. It's been a part of the Christmas celebration for many for 40 years. Mary Guzniczak says, "When I was a kid my grandpa did his banking here, and he would bring us down to see the scenes and get a candy cane and as a little kid it was fantastic."

For every person that comes to enjoy the decorations, M&I Bank will donate five dollars to the Hunger Task Force.

The elaborate display takes ten months of planning, and over 50 hours of set up. Each year it has a new theme featuring its collection of stuffed animals created by the originator of the teddy bear.

You can help feed the hungry by simply enjoying the holiday display through January 2nd.
