MillerCoors beats 'craft beer' lawsuit over Blue Moon again

MILWAUKEE -- A judge has dismissed another lawsuit against MillerCoors "Blue Moon" beer.

The plaintiff claimed MillerCoors advertising Blue Moon as a craft beer was deceptive -- but the judge disagreed.

The judge said that a "reasonable consumer" wouldn't be misled by the commercials.

Part of the reason for that decision was that there is no standard definition of what makes a craft beer.
