Milwaukee Bucks hire JP Cullen & Sons to build team's new practice facility
MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee Bucks have hired JP Cullen & Sons as the general contractor to build the team's new practice facility in downtown Milwaukee.
The practice facility will cost between $25 million and $30 million.
Construction of the facility at 6th Street and Juneau Avenue must start no later than July under the Bucks development agreement with the city.
The $500 million arena will be built under a separate contract.
The Bucks cannot award the arena construction contract until after the team receives final design approvals from the city and completes lease negotiations.
