Milwaukee Co. Sheriff's Deputy involved in crash

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- A Milwaukee County sheriff’s deputy was involved in a two-car crash on Howell Avenue at Hutsteiner Dr. near the airport at about 11:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 21st.

After impact, the Toyota Camry spun and struck a tree on the passenger side. The deputy and both occupants of the Camry were taken to Froedtert Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

An investigation of the crash is underway, along with possible driving under the influence charges against the driver of the Camry.
