Criminal complaint details

What we know:

According to the criminal complaint, a Milwaukee County sheriff's deputy on patrol early Sunday, Jan. 5 spotted a car traveling at a high rate of speed. The deputy "paced the Charger and estimated that it was going 94 mph in a 55 mph zone," the complaint says. The deputy activated his squad's lights and siren to conduct a traffic stop, but the driver did not stop -- and a police chase was underway.

The complaint says the deputy chased the car for "approximately 7.2 miles with top speeds approaching 70 mph on city streets. The pursuit ended only after Wauwatosa police officers successfully deployed stop sticks and the Charger was forced to pull over."
