MILWAUKEE - A Milwaukee crash at 76th and Florist Monday, June 26 left three people hurt, including two children, ages 6 and 3.
Police said the driver of the vehicle with the kids inside, a Milwaukee man, 32, was going east on Florist around 1 p.m. and was trying to turn left onto 76th Street when his vehicle collided with a vehicle headed west. The impact caused the vehicles to collide with a third vehicle.

The 32-year-old driver of the first vehicle was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. He died from his injuries on June 29 – and was identified by the medical examiner's office as Taylor Poirier.
The two kids had to be extricated and were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

The driver of the second vehicle, a Milwaukee man, 22, was arrested for a license violation.
Witnesses were working on a manhole in the area when they heard the violent collision.
"A little shocked, definitely," said Senate Schmidt. "You know, it happened so fast and just, looking at it now, if it was a little to the left, it could have been us clipped. I mean, we just hope everyone is all right."
Police said there were no other injuries.
