Milwaukee man accused of assaulting teenager in Oak Creek

OAK CREEK (WITI) -- A 23-year-old Milwaukee man is now charged with two counts of second-degree sexual assault of a child and one count of possession of child porn. This, after allegedly having inappropriate contact with a 15-year-old girl in Oak Creek.
The accused is Matthew Elmore. The criminal complaint against him indicates he introduced himself to his alleged victim on meetme.com, a social networking website. The complaint also says Elmore and the teen had regular telephone and text message contact.
The complaint indicates Elmore asked for and received naked pictures from the teenager despite knowing she was just 15 years old.
The complaint also says Elmore had sexual relations with the teen on two separate occasions at the end of January and beginning of February. After those two incidents, the complaint says the teen and Elmore got into an argument and "he begged her not to tell her mother about their sexual activity." Elmore apparently also begged the girl "to delete all their text messages and photos from her cell phone."
If convicted, Elmore faces up to 40 years in prison and $100,000 in fines.
