Police identified the suspect as 19-year-old Emilio Arner-Ortiz.
The backstory:
On Nov. 7, the MPD found a 13-year-old boy that was reported missing from about 90 miles away in Alsip, Ill., a south suburb just outside Chicago. The parent searched the victim's computer and found a conversation with someone who arranged to pick the boy up early that morning.
